Ginane Deslauriers is a Syrian-Canadian editor, writer, and student completing her B.A. in English Literature with a Professional Writing minor at Concordia University. Shaped by a multicultural background, her work is driven by a deep interest in culture, identity, and storytelling.

Currently, she works as the Prose Editor for Citrus Anthology and as the Web Content Manager for Soliloquies Anthology, having previously served as Assistant Arts and Culture Editor and later as Arts and Culture Editor for The Concordian. As a detail-oriented storyteller with a strong editorial foundation, her experience spans creative writing, cultural journalism, and editorial production.

Outside of her editorial work, she is passionate about Gothic horror fiction, especially Shirley Jackson’s We Have Always Lived in the Castle, with its uncanny exploration of isolation and human nature. Her black cat, Phoebe, is always nearby with her pink rhinestone collar, indulging in the same stories.
